Happy 4th

I know there has been lots of pictures and videos lately just kind of all crammed together...but we had way too much fun and just wanted to share it with everyone! I still need to make a slide show of all the 4th festivities! We had the annual traditions with the parade, lunch at Uncle Kurts, boating and the last fireworks display at Harman Land Ranch. Any male relative in the Harman family was born with a pyro gene. Blowing stuff up comes automatically. We all love fireworks and a few of my uncles went to a special school to get certified to shoot the professional fireworks that really make our community's Fourth of July! We all gather together at Uncle Jacks and it gets bigger every year! Last year there were over 600 people! I haven't gotten the count for this year. There is always a patriotic program and the fireworks display is coregraphed to music. We get our fireworks from the same company that makes them for Disney World-if that tells you anything. The finale is always set to Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA". I LOVE the 4th of July-I think it's up there with Christmas and they went ALL out this year! We had a great time at the Harman Family Reunion. How can you not have a good time when you get us all together? There is bound to be food and laughing! Our family won the sandcastle contest this year! The prize: cream puffs....does that tell you anything about our priorities? We also had an extreme badmitton tourney at the Kent Harman home (complete with uniforms for Cris and Mand). All in all a week to remember!
