Quirks

Ok Jess, here we go! I have random quirks just like anyone else. When I asked Brian about them he helped me come up with a couple.

1. I LOVE hot water. HOT, HOT water. I am usually bright red when I get out of the bath.

2. I will sometimes just burst out random bits of the song that is running through my head at the moment. Someone (Jessica) once told me though that I am not Celine Dion and should keep it to myself :)

3. I make lists for everything! Grocery shopping, cleaning, to do, packing, etc. If I don't write it down, I will most likely forget. Plus it just feels so good to cross stuff off!

4. I hate spelling and grammatical errors. I will even find them in books that I am reading and think, "the editor missed that?" Such as when someone wrote they went to a ceiling instead of sealing. UGGH! I am getting better though.

5. I remember the most random things. Things like what job my old college roommate's sister had while we were living together; or that Arctic char is a mix between a salmon and trout. Yet sometimes I can't even remember my own age, (I told someone I was 25 the other day).

6. Brian mentioned that I am hopeless when I am reading a good book. I can't multi-task because I am engrossed in it, (do you think he is remembering the recent Twilight Series re-read?).

7. I need ideal conditions if I am going to sleep. No light, no noise, no one touching me and LOTS of blankets. Even if I am hot, I have to have something covering me to sleep. I really wish that this wasn't true and that I could sleep through a hurricane like Brian, but alas tis not so!

8. I hate socks. Except for the fuzzy ones I occasionally wear to bed. Even then, I kick them off in the middle of the night.
