Aunt Lisa's Birthday Party

So I finally learned how to mix up the blog without the guidance of my sisters. Please forgive me if it's not cohesive-it's my first time!
Aunt Lisa turned 28 this week and so we had a little party at Grandma Hyer's to celebrate. I must admit, I did not feel like going ANYWHERE but we had fun. Here are a few pics, oddly enough-not a single one of Lisa....go figure!

Just a Little Venting

So just when I think it's going to end...something else comes up! I had the rest of my miserable wisdom teeth removed last week, and now I have dry sockets! I think that in 6 weeks to go through birth (and some unspeakable things that happen to your body afterwards), a seizure, two kidney stones, a death in the family, a major bad cold, visitors from all ends of the earth, oral surgery, emotional roller coaster with the farm sale and now dry sockets-on top of trying to take care of an infant.......I think I need a break! Can someone please take me to a beach??? I really could use a dose of Hawaii right about now. Sorry to all those who have been checking the blog faithfully. I really do promise I will get some more pictures up soon. I have just been spending every spare moment that Cole gives me in bed lately, but soon this too shall pass. OK, I feel better. I'm moving on!

It's Official

So people have been speculating on who Cole looks like. Most people say "He looks like his Dad". Check out this picture of Brian when he was two weeks old. There is no disputing....this kid was picked straight out of his dad's belly button!
